Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded simply because you changed your mind. We encourage you to review all product details, descriptions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or an appropriate solution.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll help track your package and coordinate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or defective and you have contacted us within 30 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging. We do not accept returns for any other reason once the order has been shipped and delivered.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or other agreed-upon solution within 7–10 business days.
