At Palestine Kinddom, we value every customer and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Our products are handcrafted with care and undergo quality checks before being shipped. Because of the nature of our custom-made and limited designs, all sales are final.

🔹 No Refunds on Change of Mind

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded simply because you changed your mind. We encourage you to review all product details, descriptions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

🔹 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or an appropriate solution.

🔹 Lost or Missing Packages

🔹 Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or defective and you have contacted us within 30 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging. We do not accept returns for any other reason once the order has been shipped and delivered.
